Background: 

Kevin holds a B.A. from St. Mary's University, a  M.A. from Trinity University, and a J.D. from Harvard University Law School, '75. He co- founded Southwest Management Consultants with his wife of over 42 years, Paula,  after working as Vice-President, Corporate Development, and  Director of Pro-Line Corporation for ten years, following a successful law practice for over fifteen years specializing in complex business reorganizations and recapitalizations. Kevin Sr. has also recently completed steps to reinstate his law license after retirement from the bar to pursue business inerest and has successfully completed the bar examination requirements. Kevin Sr. expects to complete all steps for relicensing in the fall of 2013.

Paula A. Wiley

Paula holds a B.A. from Texas State University, a M.A. from Trinity University, and is pursuing her Doctoral degree in Social and Medical  Services to the Elderly. Paula's career spans a host of major responsibiilities, starting with USAA Insurance as a manager; First National Bank of Boston as a branch manager; City of San Antonio as a manager of Community  Development Block Grant Funds; 

Allied Stores (Macy's) as Human Resources Manager; and Director of Grants and Development and  Testing for El Centro Community College.
