Southwest Management Consultants was founded in 2001 by husband and wife team, Kevin S. Wiley, Sr. and Paula A. Wiley when Kevin left the employ of Pro-Line Corporation, an ethnic Health & Beauty Aid (HBA) manufacturer, after advising and leading on a $75 million sale of that company to Alberto-Culver Company (formerly ACV: NYSE). ACV is now a subsidiary of Unilever, the world's largest cosmetic and beauty aids firm. Southwest Management has since grown to include many new clients, including Heritage Networks, New York, New York, a syndicated television and production company; Johnson Products, Dallas, Texas, an ethic HBA manufacturer founded by the legendary George Johnson of Chicago, Illinois; High Time Products, Reno, Nevada, the manufacturer of the number one selling shaving product for black men in America; and Union, LLC of Memphis, TN, a real estate developer with other multiple business ventures.
